Dino Dig & Mobile Museum! In-Person

Dino Dig & Mobile Museum! – Thursday, August 21 (10 am)

This event will kick off with a special storytime that’s full of prehistoric tales and fun. Afterward, families will get to dig for dinosaur eggs, make a dino-themed craft, and walk through the Idaho Museum of Natural History’s mobile museum! This immersive opportunity from IMNH allows visitors to experience interactive displays and educational hands-on activities that make science come to life. Original and exact replicas of Idaho natural history objects will include a full Idaho dinosaur skeleton, nests, and skulls. Bring your family and explore Idaho’s ancient past while discovering many amazing facts of our state’s history! Storytime will be geared toward ages 4-8, but all ages are welcome.
