Meditation for a Peaceful Mind (Ages 16+) – Saturdays (10:30 am) 

Join us for an enlightening experience. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or a curious beginner, this class will guide you through the principles and practices of meditation in a calm and supportive environment. Our instructor will lead you through various techniques aimed at reducing stress, enhancing mindfulness, improving focus, and promoting overall well-being. Find us in the Community Room unless otherwise specified.

  • Saturday, June 14 (10:30 am)– Loving and Setting Boundaries

While everyone is always welcome at the Library, this event is intended for adults and the instruction is designed for an adult audience
