Cultivate a sense of calm and find clarity in your daily life. Journaling helps us to process adversity, improve our health, and build our resilience. You can expect expressive writing and mindfulness activities moving you toward authentic living. Bring your journal and find us in the Nelson Room

This event is intended for patrons ages 16 and older and the content is designed for an audience of that age.
